Screencast

A screencast is a video of your computer desktop you can narrate. To create a screencast, you'll need software. One easy-to-use application you might want to try is Jing, which is free to download Links to an external site.. You'll need administrative permissions on your computer to download this application, so contact your IT department if you are unable to download Jing.
